Who am I? - Judi Johnson
I am an accredited grief and life coach, with additional training in clinical hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practice.. My journey through grief from a number of major life changes, bereavements and being CNBC led me to train as a Grief to Gratitude coach. This feels more a calling than a job, and I am super passionate to support anyone on their grief journey to their alternate future.
My experience tells me that those that are grieving tend to experience confidence and self esteem issues, often resulting from emotional overwhelm eroding their self worth. Working with this overwhelm can help to avoid those potentially embarrassing moments, when like me, you have to escape yourself, and when this happens in a work meeting/family meal etc, can seriously affect our confidence, and how we perceive others see us.
