What can I do to help you?
Grief can leave you feeling lost, unsure of who you are now, or how to move forward. Whether your loss is through bereavement, relationship breakdown, the end of a dream, or the life you longed for but couldn't have, including the heartbreak of involuntary childlessness, you deserve support that truly meets you where you are.
When you work with me, you won't need to explain or justify your grief. You will be met with compassion, understanding, and no judgement, because all loss matters, and so do you.
Together, we will work through your pain and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.
I will help you:
-
Honour the life, person, or dream that you've lost
-
Make sense of where you are now, and what you want for your future
-
Reconnect with your sense of self, meaning, and purpose
-
Recognise your strengths and gently work through what's been holding you back
You'll have ongoing support, encouragement, and gentle accountability as you begin to rebuild a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and hopeful.
Together we will also build your personal "toolbox" of calming and coping techniques, meditations, breathing exercises, affirmations, and self-soothing strategies to help steady you when emotions feel overwhelming.
Where it feels right, we may also use hypnotherapy to help release limiting beliefs and reinforce positive change.
My role is simply to walk beside you, as you rediscover who you are, and begin creating a life that feels meaningful and possible again.

You can rise up
from anything
You can completely recreate
yourself. Nothing is permanent.
You're not stuck. You have
choices. You can think new
thoughts. You can learn
something new. You can
create new habits. All that
matters is that you decide
today and never look back.
